If necessary, defrost the pangasius fillets, rinse them briefly and pat dry. Season to taste with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper on both sides. Grease a baking dish and place the fish fillets next to each other.
For the bonnet, quarter the cherry tomatoes and finely dice the onion. Mix with the cream cheese and plenty of dill.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the fish fillets. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Rösti and a fresh salad, for example, go well with this.
