Panna Cotta Delicate Instructions

  1. Soak gelatin in a glass of cold boiled water for 30 minutes.
  2. Then strain through a sieve, pour out the water, and melt the gelatin.
  3. Mix milk and cream with sugar, start whipping.
  4. Add vanillin and gradually pour in the cooled gelatin, beat well.
  5. Pour the panna cotta into molds and refrigerate until it hardens (about 1-2 hours).
  6. When serving panna cotta, garnish with jam, berries, or fresh mint.
