Panna Cotta Delicate

Panna cotta is a recipe for a very delicate and light dessert made from cream and milk.
Cook: 1 hour 40 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
250 ml high fat cream
250 ml milk
3-4 tbsp sugar
20 g gelatin
vanillin
jam (for serving)
Directions
- Soak gelatin in a glass of cold boiled water for 30 minutes.
- Then strain through a sieve, pour out the water, and melt the gelatin.
- Mix milk and cream with sugar, start whipping.
- Add vanillin and gradually pour in the cooled gelatin, beat well.
- Pour the panna cotta into molds and refrigerate until it hardens (about 1-2 hours).
- When serving panna cotta, garnish with jam, berries, or fresh mint.
