- Let the cream boil for a minute. Add sugar, gelatine and vanilla stick.
- Caramelize sugar and place in molds (5 cm diameter, 10 cm high).
- Pour in the cream mixture and refrigerate for six hours.
- Before serving, carefully remove the panna cotta from the mold and turn it out.
- Place on a plate and garnish with wild berries.
