Ingredients

  • 1 liter cream
  • 10 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 sheets gelatin
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 6 tablespoon sugar, for caramelizing
  • 200 g berries (forest berries)

Instructions

  1. Let the cream boil for a minute. Add sugar, gelatine and vanilla stick.
  2. Caramelize sugar and place in molds (5 cm diameter, 10 cm high).
  3. Pour in the cream mixture and refrigerate for six hours.
  4. Before serving, carefully remove the panna cotta from the mold and turn it out.
  5. Place on a plate and garnish with wild berries.
