Instructions

  1. Bring the apple juice to the boil with 4 tablespoons of sugar and the tea (use a tea infuser or tea bag), let it steep for 10 minutes, then cool slightly.
  2. Remove 500 ml of the juice. Stir in a bag of agar agar, bring to the boil and divide into 8 portion glasses. Let it set in the refrigerator.
  3. Warm the cream with the vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir in a bag of agar agar, bring to the boil, allow to cool slightly and fill the glasses as a second layer. Put in the cold again.
  4. Process the rest of the apple juice as above and fill in as a third layer and let it set.
  5. Mix the vanilla sauce powder with the milk and pour into the glasses as the last layer.

  7. The amount of sugar can be varied according to taste.
  8. Please do not prepare the recipe with gelatine, as it becomes liquid again when you warm it up again and so the transitions between the layers `blur` ugly.
