Cut the chicken breast fillets into large pieces. Mash the garlic, mix with the teriyaki sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken in it for about 1 hour.
Core the papayas, roughly dice and cut the onions into wedges.
Water 6 skewers. Place the chicken pieces, onion wedges and papaya pieces alternately on the skewers, cook on the grill for about 20 minutes, turning once.
