Peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut into pieces and put in the blender along with the other ingredients. Let it mix for a while so that it becomes nice and creamy.
The drink tastes best chilled.

You can usually find really tasty papayas in Turkish or Indian vegetable stores.
Papayas only have around 330 mg of fructose per 100 g of pulp and are therefore considered to be low in fructose and are well suited for fructose malabsorbers.
Lemon juice concentrate is produced artificially and does not contain any fructose.
