Ingredients
- 1 papaya
- 300 g yourt, 1.5% fat
- 100 ml water, still and cold
- 15 g lucose, more or less to taste
- 2 drops lemon juice (concentrate)

- Peel the papaya and remove the seeds. Cut into pieces and put in the blender along with the other ingredients. Let it mix for a while so that it becomes nice and creamy.
- The drink tastes best chilled.
- Tip:
- You can usually find really tasty papayas in Turkish or Indian vegetable stores.
- Papayas only have around 330 mg of fructose per 100 g of pulp and are therefore considered to be low in fructose and are well suited for fructose malabsorbers.
- Lemon juice concentrate is produced artificially and does not contain any fructose.
- Makes about three glasses.
