For the sauce, cut the melon pulp into small pieces. Leave the bacon in a pan, add the melon pieces and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with the stock and cream and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Now add the pasta to the pan and stir well. Season the whole thing with the spices and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
The dish is of course perfect if it is served with homemade pasta.
