Wash the paprika, remove the stalk and seeds, dice small, dice the onion as well. Cut the schnitzel into strips about the thickness of a small finger.
Fry the schnitzel in a pan, then add onions. Finally, mix in the diced peppers and fry them for a short time so that they stay crisp. Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the cream and possibly a little water, add the processed cheese and let it melt. Season to taste with broth (salt), pepper and oregano.
If necessary, liquefy with water or thicken a little with cornstarch.
We eat french fries, croquettes or noodles with it.
