Ingredients

  • 2 pork schnitzel
  • 2 bell peppers, any color
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream, or Cremefine etc.
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant, alternatively just salt
  • Oil, for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Cornstarch, for binding

Instructions

  1. Wash the paprika, remove the stalk and seeds, dice small, dice the onion as well. Cut the schnitzel into strips about the thickness of a small finger.
  2. Fry the schnitzel in a pan, then add onions. Finally, mix in the diced peppers and fry them for a short time so that they stay crisp. Stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the cream and possibly a little water, add the processed cheese and let it melt. Season to taste with broth (salt), pepper and oregano.
  3. If necessary, liquefy with water or thicken a little with cornstarch.
  4. We eat french fries, croquettes or noodles with it.
