- 1 leek stick (s)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco
- Paprika powder
- some crème fraîche
- possibly cheese, grated (Parmesan or Gouda)

- Roughly dice all vegetables and cook in the broth for about 15 minutes until soft - do not use too much liquid. Purée finely with the hand blender, stir in some crème fraîche and season the sauce with the spices to taste.
- With a little grated Parmesan or Gouda cheese with spaghetti a poem.
- Or: use a little more broth and a delicious paprika cream soup is conjured up.
