Ingredients

  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 leek stick (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • Paprika powder
  • some crème fraîche
  • possibly cheese, grated (Parmesan or Gouda)

Instructions

  1. Roughly dice all vegetables and cook in the broth for about 15 minutes until soft - do not use too much liquid. Purée finely with the hand blender, stir in some crème fraîche and season the sauce with the spices to taste.
  2. With a little grated Parmesan or Gouda cheese with spaghetti a poem.
  3. Or: use a little more broth and a delicious paprika cream soup is conjured up.
