- Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the core. Grill up in the oven until the skin blisters. Let cool under a damp cloth.
- Peel off the skin, cut the pods into wide strips. Stir the marinade together so that the pods drizzle over them, cool and let steep.
- Sheep cheese, olives and ciabatta go well with it.
