Ingredients

  • 3 pepper (s), red, yellow and green
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the core. Grill up in the oven until the skin blisters. Let cool under a damp cloth.
  2. Peel off the skin, cut the pods into wide strips. Stir the marinade together so that the pods drizzle over them, cool and let steep.
  3. Sheep cheese, olives and ciabatta go well with it.
