Ingredients

  • 1 thick onion (s), red
  • 6 bell pepper (s)
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 100 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 200 g olives, reen, black
  • 200 ml olive oil
  • 200 g rocket
  • 2 tablespoon pesto, red
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C fan oven.
  2. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into pieces. Mix the paprika with the olive oil in a baking dish and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Put in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes. Let cool down briefly.
  3. Chop the garlic into small pieces. Cut the onion into thin strips. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Halve the olives and add the Italian herbs and pesto and mix well.
  4. Finally, cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes and add the rocket. Season again with salt and pepper. Finally drizzle the balsamic vinegar over it.
  5. Homemade ciabatta tastes great with it.
