Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts (approx. 6 pieces)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 3 tablespoon olives, black, sliced
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • 6 slices Parma ham
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Drain the artichoke hearts, then quarter them and place in a bowl. Cut the tomatoes into eighths and add them. Cut the onion into thin slices and add the finely chopped garlic and the basil. Now tear the ham a little and add it too. Mix mustard, honey, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and olive oil into a dressing and season with salt and pepper. Now mix the dressing with the remaining ingredients well and serve.
