Ingredients

  • 2 tuber / s fennel, finely sliced
  • 2 piece (s) beefsteak tomato (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • some olive oil, for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Fry the grated fennel in olive oil until it is firm to the bite and lightly browned. Stir a little while doing this. Then add the diced tomatoes and garlic for 1-2 minutes, season everything with salt and pepper. Put the fennel on a serving plate (or flat form) and season with balsamic vinegar, pepper + salt. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
