Instructions

  1. Cut the peppers into large pieces. Peel the apples and cut them into large pieces.
  2. Heat the vegetable stock and let the pepper pieces simmer in it. About halfway through the cooking time (is a little subject to the feeling) add the apples and simmer until soft.
  3. Then everything is passed through a sieve and seasoned with salt and lovage.
