Ingredients
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 500 g red pepper (s)
- 1 kg apples
- Lovage, fresh or rubbed
- salt and pepper

- Cut the peppers into large pieces. Peel the apples and cut them into large pieces.
- Heat the vegetable stock and let the pepper pieces simmer in it. About halfway through the cooking time (is a little subject to the feeling) add the apples and simmer until soft.
- Then everything is passed through a sieve and seasoned with salt and lovage.
