Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion (s)
- 200 g potato (s)
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), green
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 dash white wine
- 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup cream
- Paprika powder
- some chives

- Sweat the finely chopped onion in the butter until translucent, sweat the peeled and diced potatoes briefly. Clean, core and dice the peppers and add to the potatoes.
- Deglaze with white wine and fill up with the stock. Cook the soup for 15-20 minutes, then season. Puree everything, add the cream, heat again briefly and serve garnished with chives.
