Ingredients
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 ½ large onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Sauté the peppers and onions cut into pieces in the butter, then add the flour and tomato paste. Continue heating the paste, then add the broth. Gradually add all the ingredients and bring to the boil, then puree the soup a little with the hand blender, but so that pieces of the paprika are still left.
