Instructions

  1. Sweat the finely chopped onion in the butter until translucent, sweat the peeled and diced potatoes briefly. Clean, core and dice the peppers and add to the potatoes.
  2. Deglaze with white wine and fill up with the stock. Cook the soup for 15-20 minutes, then season. Puree everything, add the cream, heat again briefly and serve garnished with chives.
