Put the meat in a saucepan and cut with a fork. Add onions, garlic, beer, paprika powder, tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring slowly to a boil, cover the saucepan and let everything simmer for 20 minutes.
Boil the pasta and place on a preheated serving platter. Put the meat mixture in the center of the plate with a spoon and garnish with parsley.
Serve with a salad.
Also tastes good with other types of meat from a can or with meat from the butcher.
