Put the flour, brunch, paprika peppers, ajvar, garlic, oregano and salt in a mixing bowl, add the yeast-water mixture and knead everything together to form a smooth dough.
Cover and let rise to double volume in a warm place.
Put the risen dough on a lightly floured work surface and knead briefly. Then divide the dough into three equal pieces.
Roll out each piece of dough on the lightly floured work surface in an oval shape to the length of a baking sheet. Roll up from the long side and place with the seam down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cut the bread at an angle 3-4 times and cover it and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Brush the finished breadsticks well with water and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
These bread sticks are great for grilling, for fondue or raclette, as an accompaniment to a stew, for a buffet, or simply spread with a little butter or a spread and enjoy!
