Instructions

  1. First cut the onion into small pieces and fry in a little oil until it is nice and brown. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Chop the bell peppers (if you don`t like the skin, peel it first) and add to the soup with the corn. Cook this for about 20 minutes until everything is soft.
  2. Now the soup is pureed well. If you like, you can put it through a hair sieve again to remove the small pieces from the corn husk. Then add some cream cheese and season everything with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
