Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into thin strips. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and flour.
  2. Finely dice the onions and garlic, cut the bell peppers into thin short strips. Briefly sear the chicken in a hot pan, remove and set aside.
  3. Then roast the onions, garlic and tomato paste in the pan. Add paprika, some paprika powder and about 1 tablespoon flour and fry briefly. Deglaze with the broth and let the broth reduce with low heat.
  4. When the broth has reached a creamy consistency, add the cream and the chicken strips to the boil again briefly and season with the spices. This goes very well with ribbon noodles or rice.
