Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 500 ml broth
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup cream
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- some flour

- Cut the chicken breast fillets into thin strips. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and flour.
- Finely dice the onions and garlic, cut the bell peppers into thin short strips. Briefly sear the chicken in a hot pan, remove and set aside.
- Then roast the onions, garlic and tomato paste in the pan. Add paprika, some paprika powder and about 1 tablespoon flour and fry briefly. Deglaze with the broth and let the broth reduce with low heat.
- When the broth has reached a creamy consistency, add the cream and the chicken strips to the boil again briefly and season with the spices. This goes very well with ribbon noodles or rice.
