Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon poultry stock
  • 50 ml Cremefine, for cooking
  • 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 dashes Worcester sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Peel and press the garlic. Fry both in a pan. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. This goes well with rice, pasta, baguette, potatoes or dumplings.
