Fry the minced meat in a pan in oil until brown and crumbly, season with salt and pepper. Add the onions and fry with them. Cut the washed and pitted peppers into pieces and fry them briefly.
Deglaze with broth and stir in ketchup, tomato paste, paprika powder and paprika pulp and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes. Add the sour cream, stir in thoroughly and season the sauce to taste.
