Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook in salted boiling water for 12 minutes. In the meantime, dice the onion and sauté in butter in a pan. Add the paprika powder and pour in the cream. Simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat. Stir in ajvar. Drain the potatoes and mix the cream sauce with the potatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
