Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the feta cheese, onions and tomatoes into cubes. First put the tomatoes and onions in a blender and puree. Gradually add the cheese cubes, the vinegar, the oil and the spices (if the tomatoes were too small and the mixture is too thick, add a small tomato).
The cream should end up being orange in color and creamy consistency. Depending on your taste, it can be made spicy with the rose paprika or a little milder with noble sweet paprika.
Serve with fresh white bread, pasta, grilled foods, vegetable sticks, etc.
A little tip: pour the cream into a sealable bowl and let it stand for a few hours. Then it tastes even better.
