Wash or clean tomatoes and peppers and cut into cubes.
Fry the minced meat in hot oil, add the onions and fry as well. Deglaze with a little white wine and add tomato paste. Then add tomatoes, diced paprika and soup greens. Top up with broth as required and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the dried chili peppers. Then simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
This goes well with rice and cucumber salad with yogurt dressing.
