Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a cauldron and fry the minced meat in it.
  2. Core the peppers and cut into more or less small pieces (as you like) and add to the meat and fry a little.
  3. Add the tomatoes (slightly chopped) and simmer with a little more water, approx. 1/2 hour to taste.
  4. Add a little more water to the rice and let it cook. Season again to taste.
  5. Tip: You can cook the rice, then add a little more salt, or you can prepare it separately.
  6. A slice of fresh brown bread also tastes very delicious.
