- Heat the oil in a cauldron and fry the minced meat in it.
- Core the peppers and cut into more or less small pieces (as you like) and add to the meat and fry a little.
- Add the tomatoes (slightly chopped) and simmer with a little more water, approx. 1/2 hour to taste.
- Add a little more water to the rice and let it cook. Season again to taste.
- Tip: You can cook the rice, then add a little more salt, or you can prepare it separately.
- A slice of fresh brown bread also tastes very delicious.
