Clean the peppers and cut into lozenges. Sweat the onions and garlic in the olive oil in a high pan or saucepan (best coated). Add the minced meat and fry. Add the peppers and let sizzle for about 5 minutes. Season with the spices and add the creme fraiche. Let everything simmer again.
Serve with fresh baguette. Salad and pasta or rice also go well with this.
