- Peel the potatoes, core the peppers and cut both into cubes. Peel, halve and slice the onions.
- Fry the peppers, potatoes and onions briefly but vigorously in the oil. Add paprika powder, sugar and caraway seeds and fry briefly.
- Pour in the broth. Add the sauerkraut. Cook until the potatoes are done (about 20 minutes).
- Sear the minced beef until it is hot and crumbly, season well, add to the soup.
- Finely chop the parsley and mix with the sour cream. Put a blob in each plate before serving.
