Instructions

  1. Cut the peach, pineapple and melons into small cubes and place in a punch bowl with the currants and raspberries. Heat 1/2 bottle of white wine and the sugar until just before boiling point and pour over the fruit. To let it cool down.
  2. Puree the strawberries with the lemon juice in a blender and add. Fill up with well-chilled white wine and sparkling wine before serving.
