Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and let them cool. Slice the radishes and cut the ham into fine strips. Mix with the peas, mayonnaise, sour cream and spices. Then add the sliced potatoes and sprinkle with parsley. Let it steep for 1 hour.
  2. Ideal for a buffet where potato salad is not necessarily used as a side dish.
