Instructions

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a saucepan, not too hot. Peel and finely chop the garlic and add to the butter and oil mixture together with the sprig of rosemary.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into 2-3 mm intervals, but do not cut through, should be similar to a fan.
  3. Now turn the potatoes in the liquid garlic butter and place in a large baking dish. Spread the remaining butter mixture with the garlic and rosemary evenly over the potatoes.
  4. Cook in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 35 minutes. Cook for another 20 minutes at 150 ° C. In between, pour the melted butter from the baking dish over every 10 minutes.
