- 8 large potatoes, waxy
- 100 g butter
- 30 g olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 4 tablespoon parmesan, grated
- salt
- Pepper from the grinder

- Heat the butter and olive oil in a saucepan, not too hot. Peel and finely chop the garlic and add to the butter and oil mixture together with the sprig of rosemary.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into 2-3 mm intervals, but do not cut through, should be similar to a fan.
- Now turn the potatoes in the liquid garlic butter and place in a large baking dish. Spread the remaining butter mixture with the garlic and rosemary evenly over the potatoes.
- Cook in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 35 minutes. Cook for another 20 minutes at 150 ° C. In between, pour the melted butter from the baking dish over every 10 minutes.
- Now sprinkle the potatoes with parmesan and leave in the oven for another 15 minutes at 90 ° C.
- Just before serving, cover with the butter again.
- Everything that is briefly fried goes well with it, regardless of whether it is meat or fish. It also tastes great with herb quark or herb mayonnaise.
