Ingredients

  • 1 kg fennel
  • 50 g butter
  • 40 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Carefully cook the cleaned fennel in salted boiling water.
  2. Then quarter the fennel lengthways and place in a pre-greased ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with butter flakes and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until the cheese has spread well.
  3. Serve warm.
  4. 175 Kcal per serving.
