Instructions

  1. Cut 4 to 5 long strips from each chicken breast fillet. Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. First place the chicken strips in the beaten egg then in the breadcrumbs mixture.
  2. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave to rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator or outside in cold weather.
