  • 4 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 75 g breadcrumbs
  • 40 g parmesan, rated
  • some parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut 4 to 5 long strips from each chicken breast fillet. Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. First place the chicken strips in the beaten egg then in the breadcrumbs mixture.
  2. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave to rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator or outside in cold weather.
  3. Spread the melted butter over the chicken and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes or until the chicken strips are golden brown.
  4. This goes well with fried potatoes, but also a garlic jonese mix for dipping. Is also good as finger food.
