  1. For the dough, warm the milk and melt the butter in it. Put the flour in a mixing bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour in the lukewarm milk-butter mixture and dissolve the yeast in it.
  2. Add the twitch and salt. Knead the ingredients with a hand mixer with dough hook to a smooth dough in about 5 minutes. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until it has visibly enlarged.
  3. For the filling, chop up the feta, brie and layered cheese (quark) with the mixer, add the Emmentaler cheese and the egg. Process everything into a creamy mass and refrigerate it.
  4. Knead the yeast dough again briefly and roll it out into a square with an edge length of 40 cm. Spread the cheese mixture on top.
  5. Press the corners of the square on top of each other towards the middle. Brush the surface with water and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds. Press the seeds down a little.
  6. Place the dough square on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put in the oven.
  7. !!! You can also prepare this bread well and when the time comes, put it in the oven !!!
  8. Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes at: top / bottom heat: 180 (preheated), hot air: 160 (not preheated), gas: level 3-4 (not preheated).
