Cut open the passion fruit and spoon the contents into a bowl. Now add the quark and milk, then stir vigorously. Season the quark with sugar and lemon juice. Stir well again and serve.
This passion fruit quark is suitable for breakfast (e.g. with scrambled eggs), with desserts or simply as a snack between meals.
