Ingredients
- 1 passion fruit (passion fruit)
- 150 g low-fat quark
- some Milk
- 15 g suar
- 1 squirt lemon juice

- Cut open the passion fruit and spoon the contents into a bowl. Now add the quark and milk, then stir vigorously. Season the quark with sugar and lemon juice. Stir well again and serve.
- This passion fruit quark is suitable for breakfast (e.g. with scrambled eggs), with desserts or simply as a snack between meals.
