Instructions
Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente.
Heat the butter in the pan, gently fry the sliced ham in it, add the drained pasta, mix, season with plenty of pepper and serve immediately sprinkled with plenty of parmesan.
A fine and quick dish, also nice as a starter.
