Peel the garlic, finely chop with parsley and tuna. In a small pan, heat the olive oil and a tablespoon of butter (to 26 °), add the minced meat and simmer.
Cook spagetti al dente!
Heat the remaining butter, stir together with the cream, egg yolk and cheese in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Let the spagetti drain into a preheated bowl and mix the egg sauce and tuna sauce!
