Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 400 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 250 ml heavy cream, sweet cream
  • 2 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic, finely chop with parsley and tuna. In a small pan, heat the olive oil and a tablespoon of butter (to 26 °), add the minced meat and simmer.
  2. Cook spagetti al dente!
  3. Heat the remaining butter, stir together with the cream, egg yolk and cheese in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Let the spagetti drain into a preheated bowl and mix the egg sauce and tuna sauce!
