Ingredients
- 450 g canned white beans (Canellini)
- 400 g tuna in oil
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- some salt and pepper
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped

- Put the canned beans in a colander and rinse under cold water. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper well. Add the beans, onion and parsley and mix well. Chop the tuna well and fold it into the beans. Let steep for a few hours before serving.
